What happens if you are still heating some oven continuously?

i bet answer is simple to this question but.for example if you have 1000 c heater element heating a isolated box.after inside got 1000c if you keep heating where does the energy go?i mean you r still converting electricity to heat but you are not getting anymore heat.whats happening to energy that you are still using?
