Fear and anecity of sex?

I went to have sex with women with my friends,Actually I don't have any interest to go with my friends. I didn't do any thing in her room and came back from her room. From that time onwards I didn't stop my mind thinkings , before gong to that place in previous my sex desires are too high.right now I'm fearing and anxiety. My friends are watching differently.really I'm gay. I want to enjoy family life. Plz help me.
