Can i cook chicken in the oven for longer then 2 hours?

Im waiting on my girlfriend to come home but is late from work. I have already started cooking the chicken in the oven for about 30 mins but turned the oven down to 200' How long can i cook it for before it goes bad or drys out? Or any other suggestions . should i take it out and when she is closer pop it back in? THANKS
