Are all isomers of diobromeathane dipoles ? Why ?

Bromine is a halogen and all the halogens are very electronegative so yes it would have a dipole because it has a high affinity for electrons. It doesn't matter the shape on the molecule. So yes dibromoethane would have a dipole
