They are the same molecule and not structural isomers of each other. The only way they could be different is if the C were attached to the rest of the molecule with a C=C double bond (which as written is not the case here) or if they were enantiomers (this would mean that at least one of the other hydrogen atoms would have to be replaced with a different group, such as F, or Cl).
