WHY IS IT SO HOT!!!!!!!?

I mean i live in Co an its not as hot as other states, and i feel like im in a oven, i dont go outside because of how hot it is ( i do, but not as much as winter ) how do you guys in arizona, california, texas etc handle it? or people in general? i always feel like im the only one who feels the intensity of the heat...
