Austrian school skiing trip journey?

In February of next year my school is going to Saalbach in Austria for a skiing trip for 8 days. We're going to Dover by coach and then going on a ferry over to France, then through Germany and onwards to Austria. How long do you think this complete journey will take and will we stop off somewhere along the way?
