I ate spoiled meat!! Will this get me or my breastfed baby sick?

I cooked some meat earlier and it was mixed w/ red chili so I thought the funny smell was the mixing of the two. But when it was cooking in the oven I noticed a bit of a sour smell. When it was cooked all the way I cut a bite size price off and ate it, and it had a sour taste to it.so I spit it out, But I swallowed a little before I tasted the sour. Will my baby get sick from this?
