Problem with my kaspersky antivirus software?

i have installed a kaspersky 2011 antivirus but when ever am trying to update it is gettig updated and after that when i open that it is showing a message that "your computer is at risk threats have been detected fix it now"and whenever i am trying to fix its not gettig corrected and the red colour is not turning to green and from today onwards it is in a silver colour please help me to make it proper
