Electric skillet and a microwave: meal ideas?

House sitting for a friend and they only have an electric skillet and microwave. No stove, no oven, nothing. I've been doing like microwave noodle soups and tv dinners, but I want to cook something. Anyone have any cheap yet fun ideas?
