Anyone read the book 'Private Peaceful'? I need your help.?

I've read this book called Private Peaceful in school and now I have to write a diary entry being 'Tommo' the protagonist on one part of the story. Mostly to do with Tommo and Charlie going to war. From that time onwards. But..the thing is Im stuck for words :) and I was hoping if you could help me:) Thanks x
